LOVE
A strong predilection, enthusiasm, or liking for anything.
I very rarely mention personal things about my husband and I on my blog. I will drop a comment now and again but rare. Jay and I have been together as a couple for 10 years this January. I have no idea where the time has gone. What I do know for sure without a shadow of a doubt - the last ten years have been filled with adventure, travels, laughter and love.
We work on communication, and we struggle like any couple over parenting issues, and we disagree and snip when tired. But we truely are a match, one half of the other. He and I could beat anyone at a game of pictionairy without even trying. ( You live in 450 square feet for three years while you save for a home, you get to know alot about a person! that was before wedding, before Emma) Once upon a pictionairy game the word was New Orleans - I drew a cafe = he said New Orleans , I think that is when I knew for sure he was the one for me!
Seriously though, 10 years and I LOVE him, and all his quirks and traits -- so he isn't the best cook, but he can BBQ and he can do a million other amazing things, but he makes me laugh like no other, and loves me no matter my size, my crazies, and no matter what new kick or purse I set my heart on.
there is no other man in the world I would want to grow old with, just him. He doesn't read my blog often, as he knows me enough to guess what I am writing before I write it. So one day he may come across this and say -- what? But that's okay he will just make a joke about how I had no other options -- he was the only choice. The only thing he will be right about is that he was the only choice - the only choice I would ever make!
To the man I have spent 10 years with , I cannot wait for the next 10 - where to honey? Paris? New York? or how about like we planned - on our 10 year wedding ( 2 more years) Rome?
So thank you my LOVE for bringing so much adventure to my life, I am greatful for you everyday of our life.
Our first date was a SEVEN hour walk in the city, during a snow fall --- really it could have been right out of a romantic comedy -- kind of like my last ten years with him!!

So great! I love hearing about people who are still happy together after so many years. My husband drives me bonkers, but he still makes me happy!
